- An album cover needed to be done in 4 hours in time for print

- A triple DL needed to be done overnight in time for print

- A conference branding done overnight. A branding that goes across: brochures, signs, billboards, website, newsletters, inserts, adverts, tags, and everything else you can think of.

- A full blown website done overnight in time for launch

- Clients saying "it should be a piece of cake" - if it cost a couple of grand... it's not a piece of cake. Unless it's Donald Trump's wedding cake.

- Missing datelines. its funny.

- Clients that make you feel good so you work harder.

- Clients who make you feel bad and you don't work as hard.

- Designers on other designers' work.

- Designers on their own work.

- Designers don't sleep.

- Designers occasionally eat outside of normal meal times.

- Designers don't sleep again.

- Designers don't socialize on a regular basis.

- Designers would spend more time getting a font right then sorting out his/her invoices.

- Designers want to get paid but wouldn't send the invoice quickly enough.

- Designers think they know it all. most of the time.... they don't - Sam on designer's ego

- Speaking of, designers have big EGOS.

- Designer asking what's a Spot UV - yes that's me. well I'm better educated now.

- Designer confused with 12pp for 6pp. - this was a mix up. my mind was full that day!

- Designers doing tax.

- Designers explaining the importance of hierarchy to client.

- Designers educating client on the purpose of visual communication. Actually this isn't funny.
